- If submitted identity documents are incomplete, blurry, expired, or rejected for any reason, a resubmission and re-verification fee of £25 will apply per director.
- If a new TrustID link must be reissued due to non-submission, delay, or user error, this will also incur a £25 reissue fee.
- If the client cancels their verification after the order is placed, but before TrustID verification is submitted, a service fee of £25 will be retained and the balance refunded.

- Fraudulent activity is suspected
