you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Company Formation365 Ltd, trading as a registered Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) to perform identity verifications on behalf of UK companies as required by Companies House.

2. Service Scope

Our services include:

  • Collecting director and company data

  • Issuing secure identity verification links through TrustID

  • Reviewing submitted documents for accuracy

  • Approving or rejecting the identity verification based on ACSP compliance rules

  • Filing the verified identity with Companies House

3. Pricing and Fees

The standard cost of ID verification is £50 per director.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Resubmissions and Additional Charges

  • If submitted identity documents are incomplete, blurry, expired, or rejected for any reason, a resubmission and re-verification fee of £25 will apply per director.

  • If a new TrustID link must be reissued due to non-submission, delay, or user error, this will also incur a £25 reissue fee.

  • If the client cancels their verification after the order is placed, but before TrustID verification is submitted, a service fee of £25 will be retained and the balance refunded.

5. Accuracy of Submissions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted data and ID documents are:

  • Accurate and up-to-date

  • In a clear, readable format

  • Uploaded in a timely manner (within 7 days of link issuance)

We reserve the right to reject any submissions that do not meet these standards and charge accordingly for reprocessing.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service where:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Users fail to complete their verification within the required timeframe

  • Repeated non-compliance or misuse occurs

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or late document submissions

  • Decisions made by Companies House following our submission

  • Issues outside our control, including service outages by TrustID or Stripe

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK jurisdiction.

9. Marketing, Affiliates, and Group Services

Company Formation365 Ltd is part of a wider group of professional service providers offering business, accountancy, and compliance solutions under separate trading names. By using this site, you acknowledge that we may provide you with promotional communications about our related services from trusted partner firms, only where you have given your consent or where permitted under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
