Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining compliance with our verification obligations.

We are committed to delivering a compliant and seamless identity verification service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms in line with UK consumer protection and compliance service obligations.

1. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your order before any verification link is generated or emailed

  • No director details or ID documents have been submitted to us or TrustID

2. Partial Refunds & Service Charges

If you cancel after placing your order, but before submitting documents or starting the verification, a £25 service charge will be applied to cover admin, platform, and Stripe processing fees.

  • You will receive the remaining balance as your refund.

If your documents are submitted incorrectly or rejected, and you choose to cancel instead of resubmitting, the same £25 service fee applies before any refund is processed.

3. No Refund Conditions

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Once a TrustID link has been issued and the verification process has started

  • If the full submission (ID, selfie, personal data) is completed and under review

  • If verification is rejected due to:

    • Invalid or fraudulent ID

    • Expired documents

    • Mismatched personal information

  • If Companies House filing cannot proceed due to your company being ineligible or suspended

4. Re-verification & Link Reissue Charges

Should you need to resubmit documents or request a new TrustID link due to:

  • Expired link (7-day timeout)

  • Incorrect uploads

  • Incomplete verification attempt

A £25 re-verification/reissue charge will apply per instance.
No reissue will be made until payment is confirmed.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

  • Number of directors paid for

  • Your reason for requesting a refund

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
